With the purpose of submission, review and approval of the operation and financial report of year 1394 and also re-election of a third of Council and inspector, ICC Iran will hold the annual General Assembly meeting on Wednesday 15 November 2016 at the place of Iran Chamber of Commerce.
It's worth noting that a quorum is the attendance of 50% of members. If the quorum will not be present within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the meeting can go ahead with those in attendance. (Article 5-6 of ICC Iran constitution).
