ICC Iran to hold General Assembly Meeting on 04 February
With the purpose of submission, review and approval of the operation and financial report of year 1396 and also re-election of a third of Council and inspector, ICC Iran will hold the annual General Assembly meeting on Monday 04 February 2019 at the place of Iran Chamber of Commerce.
It's worth noting that a quorum is the attendance of 50% of members. If the quorum will not be present within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the meeting can go ahead with those in attendance. (Article 5-6 of ICC Iran constitution).
