Based on a mock case inspired by real arbitration cases, this exclusive one-day workshop will equip participants with practical tips on how to navigate gateway issues that commonly arise in construction arbitration and how efficiently manage arbitration process in these document-heavy proceedings.
In the morning session, the participants will work through the typical jurisdictional and admissibility questions and learn how ICC arbitral tribunals have approached these issues. The afternoon session will train participants on how to effectively manage the proceedings and present evidence in construction arbitration.
