ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR Steering Committee selected Alireza Yavari from Iran as a member of the new Working Group on Expedited Procedure Provisions and Update of Commission Reports, Comprising approximately 50 members from all over the world.
As announced at the Paris Commission Meeting on 27 October 2023, the WG will be co-chaired by Lara Hammoud, Yasmine Lahlou and Rogier Schellars.
Mohammad Khazaee- ICC Iran SG congratulated Mr. Yavari on his appointment.
