The Young Arbitrators Forum of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC YAF) is organizing this webinar in collaboration with the Iranian Committee of ICC to discuss the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards under the relevant regimes in Iran, both national and International.
Join us for this webinar as our panelists provide an overview of the practice of enforcement of arbitral awards in Iran and address the procedural steps demanded by Iranian courts in this regard. The grounds for non-enforcement of awards, the grounds for annulment of awards, as well as the national court’s attitude and approach in applying these grounds will be discussed in this webinar.
