Projects:

1-Disseminate the ICC Guide on Transport and The INCOTERMS 2010 Rules and continue to develop‌ practical tools and expert guidance to promote the difficult use of the INCOTERMS2010 Rules globally.

2-Prepare and launch new model contracts and guides, including on consultancy and construction joint ventures and refresh existing publication to reflect current business practices.

3-Make business recommendation to improve the national and international legal framework for public procurement.
