Emergency arbitration was introduced into the ICC Rules of Arbitration just over a decade ago and now is a good time to take stock. 

At this event, panellists will share their experiences of emergency arbitration from different perspectives. They will also discuss how emergency arbitration fares as compared to national courts, and will consider the current proposals by the Law Commission of England & Wales concerning the enforcement of decisions of Emergency Arbitrators. 

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
